This is a Shadows of the Empire fan film that is up on Kickstarter...Well, I don't see how Disney will allow that...
Not sure, there are other Star Wars Kickstarter projects that have been sucessfully funded, they've ranged from getting 5-28 thousand dollars... Although with Disney owning Lucasfilm, that could have changed... Nothing has happened yet though.
