Most of the retrofuturistic dials and instrument pannels seen in Captain America could be really accurate to illustrate how the interior of PT ships should look.

Regarding architecture, I think that while visually impressing, they didn't hit the spot with Coruscant. They should have gone with a sharper Art decó instead of the fluid lines of Noveau...mainly because if there had to be a progression, it's more easy to trace the path deco - modern movement - industrial look of the OT, since they are all based in a certain angular take on geometry, while there isn't an "evolution" or progression from noveau to an x wing, for instance
