I have no doubts that Bourne sounds good...but one can't compared two different films' sound mixes and say one is better than the other: they both have two different intents and purposes.

You can say one is more pleasing to listen to, but that's about where it ends. As far as I can tell, the Dark Knight Rises audio on Blu-ray is faithful to the cinematic experience, whether one likes that experience or not. And that should be the purpose of Blu-ray and the work we all do: preserve that experience.
