I know TCW disregarded a number of elements (heck, it even contradicted the PT a bit, at least in spirit, by having Dooku and Anakin face each other multiple times between II and III, though it was implied that such was their second encounter). I guess I hope it's not just minor contradictions either, like Glove of Darth Vader. Chewie is dead, Anakin and Jacen Solo are dead, Luke got married and is now widowed...I'm not sure I like this sort of thing, and I want them to go away completely.
