I can agree in some instances. A grand entrance feel is great in scenes when a grand entrance is warranted. Say, for example, Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix - I think that was his character's name) returning to Rome to take his place as the new Caesar in Gladiator. That's epic. That's grandiose. It needs big showy camera pans and zoom outs so the audience can feel how "big" the scene is and how much "power" Commodus has to warrant this kind of celebration. But Luke and Obi Wan going to Mos Eisley was just supposed to be them slipping in, trying to be stealthy to avoid the Empire, and find some underhanded pilot willing to transport them illegally to Alderaan. I feel that warrants keeping the scene rather low key. But, again, that's just my opinion.
