Ok, first Old Tyme Toy Store screws me and now Collector’s Gallery does almost the samething. JERKS! This just hasn’t been my week for online purchases. Collector’s Gallery had, and I do mean had, the final two Kenner puzzles that I needed to complete my collection. Those were the 140 piece Jawas Capture R2-D2 and the 1500 piece Millenium Falcon In Space. Well, I was promised that they were in stock and would ship by the end of August. I ordered them on 8/12/04. Well, I sent an email on Monday requesting if they had shipped by 8/30/04 as promised. They replied requesting what I ordered (I gave them the order number in the first email). So I replied to their request. Today, having gotten fed up with waiting and wondering, called them up. Guess what? The bastards lied to me. They sold those puzzles. They didn’t even bother to let me know via phone or email. After 3 fucking weeks of waiting and being promised that they had them, they up and screwed me. I fired off a pointed email to them after I called and then had to cancel my order. Thank God, Cloud City had at least the Jawas puzzle but once again I’m down to having to find the final 1500 piece puzzle.

What really makes me angry, is in the time it has taken for all of this to finally come out, I missed 2 of the damn puzzles on ebay. I could have had the entire collection by now if these worthless bastards wouldn’t have lied to me. Hell, all this time I thought that I had the whole collection. Now I have to keep searching ebay again!

Sorry for the rant but I’m really honked off about this. So everyone I’d advise you to stay away from Collector’s Gallery.
