Perhaps that's true.  And I certainly wouldn't mind if it is true.  But I believe there are several reasons the Collaborative ROTJ didn't work out, first and foremost was because no matter how hard I tried to not lead it, I started the thread and was very enthusiastic about ideas, so I think folks looked to me.  But the fact of the matter is I have no talent for fan editing, and was not deserving of any leadership role.  But Adywan has already proved himself to be quite capable, working almost entirely alone for ANH:R (though I think he had some help with the TIEs vs. X-/Y-wings, didn't he?), and has only further honed his skills for ESB:R.  He is exceedingly talented, has a fanbase (and thus a source of fiscal donations to finance the project), and I'm confident many other editors would gladly work under him.  And if he actually had the final say (as opposed to the perhaps overly-democratic Collaborative project), all joining the project would have to understand that they may have different ideas, but that they are trying to work towards Ady's vision when joining that project.
