I'd like to see Luke as the baddie. Perhaps they could have Han and Leia killed at the start of EP VII, perhaps as a consequence of the New Republic doing something idiotic. This pushes him over the edge and he goes off on a revenge mission and he plots to overthrow the NR. The new Jedi he has trained have to stop him. Mark Hamill could use his Joker voice and everything.
