Kenny Baker could have done the shots on the bridge of Grevious' ship. Artoo is mostly just standing there, and all of his little floors flying open, and appendages popping out was done before as a practical effect on ROTJ.
The flying Artoo in AOTC doesn't look as bad as the ROTS model.
