I still have the treasury and annual but the Star Wars weeklys went to the same toy killer cousin that my mum gave my Star Wars toys too.

Ha, I forgot about the 1p you had to put in fighters.
I still have all 12 of the Star Wars Weekly issues. I used to have them delivered so they have my name in pen on them.
I don't know if there is a scan of the actual card out there but I found the instruction page for others like myself not as lucky as Wolfman.
This is the best I can find at the moment.
