For me he had at least one virtue: every time I saw him I tried not to giggle... stop that, he doesn't look like Palpatine, not a bit! :D That was my first thought when I first saw him... how awkward did I feel! Luckily I immediately discovered - thanks to the Internet - that people all over the world noticed the same (what a relief it was :D ).

Remember fondly Papa Ratzi, the only Palpatine-lookalike pope.
