I got a PCIe card put together by danno78 on VideoHelp. It's supposed to have a 3D comb filter but I didn't get a chance to test that, and probably won't for many months. I did confirm his claim that it has TBC functionality for VHS captures.
It's actually some AVerMedia model that was apparently only put into laptops. danno78 hooked up the mini-PCIe card to a PCIe adapter card.
