Just something I noticed while searching high and low to get a hold of it.

I was simply noting that you were one who had downloaded a copy of the archive (as indicated by your post 108 on this thread where you note it as having been invaluable to you and that you're waiting on an update from Brash) . . . but that you also (as noted at fanedit.org's forum) suggested the public link be removed in post 51 on the grounds of copyright.

In other words, you got it and have it, but then prevented others from getting it. I know you had the best of intentions relating to the board and legalities and whatnot, and probably didn't intend for him to remove the whole linked thing at all, but still, from the perspective of those of us who are coming to the party a little late, you picked the ripe fruit then burned the forest.

Hence my statement: "I see that some of you, such as Frink who initially made the post to have the link removed, have enjoyed the use of the collection. And yet, it is gone from the collective mind of the internet. That's a very sad loss for everyone else."

I was hoping that this sort of statement would serve as a plea to one of the people who got a copy to share (or at least share some info about the filename or something).

And since I've caught your interest, and even shared something new with you, might I please have a little taste, kind sir?
