Then the only problem is Season 4, which appears to be complete and unedited on Hulu but nowhere else...

Season 2 and 3 PAL to NTSC conversions are dead in the water. I've moved on to start adding some custom tracks to Blu-ray. Especially trying to add the full-bitrate DTS track from Interview with the Vampire DVD to the BD25 Blu-ray released by Warner Bros. Which has lossy Dolby Digital 5.1 audio.
