Zombie are so played out right now, I'm not even sure an actual zombie apocalypse would scare me.
Time to barricade myself at the mall!

Serious implications of hacking the Emergency Broadcast System aside, this tops the "Max Headroom" pirate broadcast of 1987. And the feds never caught those guys!
Where were you in '77?
Is this the end of Zombie Shakespeare?
“Grow up. These are my Disney's movies, not yours.”

I'm way ahead of you there SilverWhiskers.
This meme has become so very undead.
Will be interesting to see if the perpetrators of this latest stunt make a clean getaway.
With the digital broadcast switchover, I wondered if someone could start up a little pirate tv station you'd need an older tv to watch.
I knew a guy in college who claimed to be slowly gathering everything needed for a pirate transmitter, but I don't know if he was actually serious about it. He certainly had enough semi obsolete video gear!

Yeah, people are making the whole zombie thing annoying now. I used to like the undead genre, but now I just roll my eyes and think "Great, just what we needed, another zombie movie."
I worked at a sporting goods store, and I got a lot of customers who bought ammo, just for killing zombies.
It doesn't bother me too much, it just tarnishes my appreciation of zombie films.
"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

I'd like zombies to go back to their Haitian Vodun roots. Mindless shells under the absolute command of a powerful witchdoctor are better than rotting flesh-eaters any day of the week
