No; both III and VI look better. Special treatment was given to II because it has a hard time looking good. It was filmed in soft focus to hide the actors' ages, but in spite of the extra effort, the blu-ray doesn't look much better than the upscaled PAL Director's Cut DVD.
I am curious as to which parts are meant to have a tint to them.
EDIT: If the images from DVD Beaver are anything to go by, the blue tint appears to be on the blu-ray release. I actually prefer the colors on the director's cut DVD.
