What's with the hostility? I don't see anything wrong with that answer. This year is soon compared to three years or ten years but it's not soon compared to next week, so it seems like a completely valid answer to that question.

Set up a script to have the PM sent every two minutes.

If you read the initial post. The person sent it to an invalid and incorrect user that has a full mailbox.
The proper address works as intended judging from the multiple responses that worked correctly.
Here are the current stats:
Inbox — 107 messages
Sent Items — 93 messages, 3 unread by recipients
