This was a THX laserdisc laserdisc called, "WOW!" It included a short documentary about sound editing called, "Soundtrack." There is the scene where Vader is choking one of the rebels for information. Here's Prowse's dialog...
Vader: (lifting up rebel) This ship carries the crest of Ahdra (?)! Was any of the royal family on board? (throws rebel to floor) Start tearing this ship apart until you find those tapes! Find the passengers of this vessel. I want them alive!
So some dialog was changed after the original readings.
The doc mainly focused on demontrating sound editing techniques for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, but there is another brief Star Wars scene with the original on-set sound of the droids walking through the halls of the Tantive while it's being attacked. You can barely make out Anthony Daniels saying his lines under the costume. In this scene his dialog remained the same.
