I like the color correction, EyeShotFirst. I say go for it. It's harder to specifically identify the cinematography as distinctively from the mid-1980s with your CC.
Really, aside from a few overly 80's elements (video game, spandex exercise scene, so on) this movie has a fairly timeless style to it.
There is still a lot to work on. While it's silly to try to make this movie exclusively 60's, it's not a bad idea to try and give it the same essence. I don't mind some of the things that are 80's elements. It's the cliche 80's stuff. A good thing there wasn't a montage.
I'm impressed with how well they did the film considering they weren't allowed to do much. Most people couldn't do much better with free rein.
Yeah, I still like Thunderball more, but the effort in NSNA deserves some credit. Plus it's the only non Dalton 80's Bond movie that doesn't bash people in the head with silliness.
I'm still getting the hang of the editing. It's proving hard, because my computer is pretty dated, but little by little.
If I finish this year, it will coincide with the film's 30th anniversary.
