No broadcast television, no commercial radio, no problem other than the constant strobing of the neighbour's seasonal Vegas.
Do you recoil in horror when the first Chia Pet or Clapper commercial of the holiday season comes on? I know I do! Share your least favorite seasonal ad blitz...
This one just topped Chia and Clapper in my personal hell...

seasonal Vegas?
Yep.
Speaking of Christmas lights, take a look at all the evil that goes into these little beacons of holiday joy.

Thanks for deepening my holiday depression, FanFiltration. Now I feel bad about buying that ACS Leg Lamp on clearance a couple years ago.
Why that video uses Walt Disney font, I have no idea. I've heard of the AFA before, unfortunately.

The segment is from the documentary "What Would Jesus Buy" about the Rev. Billy and The Church of Stop Shopping, and their ongoing movement to bring attention about the commercialization, psychological manipulation, and impact of modern day Christmas. It was produced by Morgan ("Super Size Me") Spurlock. The Disney font is used because as the Rev. Bill said during his Disneyland visit "It's Main Street U.S.A., but everything is made in China!"

Ah, so the AFA didn't actually produce it themselves?

Not that I am aware of. Just someone for them to interview on their journey. I don't think the documentary supports the AFA or their agenda.
