This is a one off, once in a lifetime, one time only, build it once, put it on the wall and leave it there project!!

The plan was to get a few bits each month over the next 6 months but in reality, I have ordered 88% of the bits in two weeks. It is just soooooo adictive!!

However, I am running out of local sellers that have more than one or two of the items I need. So, I am going to buy the last couple of items that Lego are out of stock of and maybe just buy the balance in bulk from them.

My first batch of parts have arrived and I am amazed how big just 750 parts actually is but of course, the finished thing is HUGE so why am I surprised???

I suspect it will be next year before I get all the bits and make a start.
