Surely with Dial M For Murder and Creature From The Black Lagoon that must be a must have.
If video games can come with electronic guitars, drum kits etc a William Castle set with a seat vibrator and an Illusion-O filter would sell like hot cakes.
It's worth mentioning that some classic 3D flicks are finally making their way to Blu Ray in their original stereoscopic glory. The HTF has a 3D subforum where you can read about the upcoming releases of Creature From the Black Lagoon and House of Wax among others.

I did read an article somewhere about a guy working on a process (with avisynth?) for converting anaglyph to a more modern format.
I'll see if I can dig that link up.
My vote would be for Hondo and Kiss Me Kate.
