I think it is clear that not everyone agrees that people should be allowed to say racist stuff on a forum. But, in the end, it is up to the mods and admins to decide.

Myspleen has been around since 2013 (current records only go back as far as 2004) and we dealt with trolls, racists, and extremely offensive/hateful people. Our community is doing just fine.
I get complaints from time to time with demands to ban people and I tell to them to suck it up or ignore them.
I have to say it, you attitude on subject sucks.
I believe in free speech. So unless someone is being physically threatened people can speak their minds on Myspleen. It has been that way there well before I was an admin.
not every forum has to follow the rules of Myspleen. Also just because Myspleen does something, that doesn't mean it was the right thing to do. In any case, neither you or I are an admin on this forum. Jay is the one and only admin here.
Obviously I was just saying forums don't have to ban people in order to keep a good community.

I have no authority in the forum. It is Jay's forum and only he can decide who is and who is not to be banned. Sometimes, people that I think should be banned, won't be. Using the ignore the button is sometimes the only other option. Maybe if the person who is annoying you, knows that you are not reading his posts, he'll stop posting the things that annoy you.
