It's a BA in psychology I'm afraid, and it's from the University of Arizona, a state university. On top of that, I have worked in the field for a few years now. I'm not the world's greatest pro on all things psychology, and a Bachelor's is not terribly impressive, but it's not like I'm an ignorant nincompoop on the topic. I'm not trying to impress; merely showing that I do know what I'm talking about on some level. But yes, since we agree, I'm happy to drop it too :)

Yeah, sorry for shitting on your education. We just have so many psych/sociology students come to the halfway house I work at who don't know shit. The students from the two surrounding private schools always have higher GPAs but have the least amount of knowledge.
Most people learn more about mental illness in the first weeks of working at the halfway house than they did during their 4 years of college. Knowing the symptoms means jack until you work hands on with them.
What do you do again? Have we talked about this before?

I've mentioned it a few times. I've case managed for four different agencies and for various populations, the first being the most interesting. I managed the cases of adults with developmental disabilities and were diagnosed as seriously mentally ill (SMI, meaning their GAF is 50 or below), as well as with children mostly 5 through 18. Now I work as a counselor with the 0-5 population and their parents, some of whom are very crazy!
I don't take too much offense anymore at your wording. And I consider myself very scientifically-minded, as well as faith-minded. I think you see that reading my posts. And I have a lot of respect for Carl Sagan.

it is not a matter of being unhappy with their behavior, it is a matter of their behavior being bad. Of course, the mods and the admins, get to decide when the behavior is bad enough to merit banning.

Why are you angry? I'm just saying if there is a God I'm pretty sure lying about cancer for money is a straight trip to hell. So losing a little cash would be bad, but a liar of that magnitude would not go unpunished, right?
I would have taken someone in that situation at their word and if they were lying I would realize that that person is a horrible person and is really worse off than me losing a little bit of cash. Know what I mean?
