Well, by that logic, general grevious survived being inside of a vaccum, and besides, didn't obi wan and anakin do that for a little while too??? They surived being inside of outer space without a deep space suit or a helmet, and that's is the point-space opera can violate the rules of science, unlike something like gattaca........

Well, even if it was just for a short amount of time, we would still see the effects of being out in open space without a spacesuit/space helmet........
