It just means the smallest possible amount of comfort after a terrible event, which sums up what Bond stands to gain from revenge, it also contains the name of the organisation he is fighting which compared to being called SP.E.C.T.R.E. is nowhere near as silly.

Octopussy is a very silly title for a Bond film but as a niche porn title it's got me interested.

The actual title of an Ian Fleming novel gets an automatic approval from me. ;)
