I myself am not a big Paul Anderson fan either. But no directer not even him should be censored so moliciously. Apparently the new cut will be 30 minutes longer then in the theater. I doubt it will be just just 30 minutes of gore so there will be more story. It could possibly fill in many plot holes, or help characters become more likable. I suspect this to be a more complete and likeable movie. Still I don't think they can make it as good as Aliens unless they completely redid it.
