It's the same thing. RowMan says that despite it being factory punched, the transfer is not as good as my set, nor is the audio PCM. I haven't seen it yet but I ordered a set and will judge for myself. Not to mention that the set got no votes at all on the "best bootleg" poll should tell you something.

I'm not insulting anyone, but the set was produced under less than ideal circumstances from what I understand, ie no direct communication between the creators and the US coordinators.
