They should try and poach someone from Pixar. Pixar has been creating some of the best character driven films that have come out from a big company in the last 10 years. I think it would be good to find a director who is younger and a fan of the original films. People like Spielberg and Zemeckis are too old and out of touch. They don't make films how the new Star Wars films need to be. Some tv directors/writers should be considered too. A lot of amazing television has been created in the last 5-10 years too.
