Since I, personally, would be happy with a widescreen VHS copy;and given the fact that I all but destroyed dad's copies of the SE(I'm not proud of it, but he knew how I felt at the time)? No, there's absolutely, positively, no way that I'll purchase this DVD set, nor accept them as gifts. Strike that. The only way I could possibly justify having them, when I dispise them, and everything they stand for, would be to satisfy a completest urge if my Star Wars collection were to ever surpass Steven Sansweet's. They would occupy a "Hall of Shame" along with all the other SE stuff I got at the time(a few store displays my father grabbed, etc. I wouldn't touch the SE toys for my otherwise complete PotF collection). Given that, and the fact that I never rebuy without reason, even an O-OT release would be purchased more as a "give my tapes a break", and "Prove Lucas' revisionest history wrong" kind of thing. It makes a SE purchase even less likely.
