I actually wouldn't mind a Hayden as Anakin force ghost, so long as they make Hayden look older. That's my real gripe with his inclusion in RotJ. Had they aged him, I think it wouldn've been fine.
It is pretty much inevitable, so it's better to try and find a way to make it work, rather than just complain about it.
