Disney does NOT NOT NOT own the previous 6 films. They only have the rights to future films and to the characters themselves. They cannot do anything with the older films.
The potential upside of this, is that Disney *shouldn't* care in the least, about this site, or any fan preservation of the Original Trilogy as they have no financial (or legal) interest in it.
