I USED TO GO ON STARWARS.COM DAILY, BUT BECAUSE OF THIS SITE I HARDLY VISIT IT ANYMORE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE IF THE SITE HADN'T BEEN BROUGHT BACK ONLINE. WE REALLY DO HAVE A COMMUNITY HERE, NO, WE HAVE A BROTHERHOOD, A FAMILY.

Yeah, the only reason for me to go to SW.com anymore is to grab pics for Chia cards and databank information on characters.

That's right - and frankly, there are many fansites with equally informative databanks (especially when it comes to EU).

Maybe the thing is that other SW sites featuring forums gather all sort of "fans", both hardcore and newbies, both OT lovers and those who heard about SW for the first time when AOTC was released.
We share more intimate passion - respect for the Old/Original Trilogy - maybe that's what joined us so tightly?

I saw the original theatrical release of the Old Trilogy on the big screen and I'm proud of it...
How did I accomplish that (considering my age) is my secret...
