Some very nice work there Sky_ , and here's my own thoughts on this -
1. Firstly, as I've mentioned in the past, I REALLY liked the use of a snippet of the 'Imperial March' cue to accompany the original an adywan presentation logo for SW:Revisited that you came up with. It set things up with a neat kind of tone for the overall presentation I felt.
Of course, adywan may decide to *change* the actual music he uses this time for his finalised HD saga versions...or he may even change to having a *silent* logo altogether this time for all I know...but I'm certainly keen on using the 'Imperial March' again as an intro. piece for his saga versions logo. (and as doubleofive mentioned above, this logo and music is only getting included somewhere *before* the MENU's, rather than being integrated immediately before the actual FOX logo and scores of the movies themselves)
2. As far as the adywan lettering itself, although I'd be perfectly happy with keeping something similar to the way it entered the sceen originally for SW:R (if that's what's decided)..., I absolutely love the new movement and BLACK with GOLD edging that you've now come up with for the lettering, as I just think it's a superior-looking colour-scheme, and very classy-looking. :)
But out of your 2 latest versions shown, I *definately* prefer the 'smoother' texture of your 1st adywan lettering. However, I'm not too keen on the approaching 'a' that comes towards us at the beginning, and would much rather eliminate that portion and just have the rest of the sequence which shows the name come together as it 'recedes away' from us. (but if you end up keeping it, I agree that it would be better to 'zoom' underneath the 'cross-bar' of the 'a' instead, before the words form. I just don't think the logo needs this initial portion at all personally, as already it works very well without it)
3. The white lettering you've used for 'an' and 'presentation' look fine enough in the size you've used, but I reckon the word 'an' would look better if it ends up with the *same* kind of gap between it's letters when it comes together as you've given the word 'presentation'. I just think that the closely-spaced 'an' doesn't look right in comparison.
And possibly both those words might look better with 'capital' letters instead, but you can see what you think.
And allternatively, the words 'an' and 'presentation' could just simultaniously 'fade-in' *already formed* at a point where adywan forms together. Might be worth a try to see how it that looks too.
4. I *definately* prefer the overall look of your 1st version as far as your additional 'flare' lighting effects looked. I'm not keen on the way the 'shine' travelled along the bottom of the word 'presentation' in your 2nd version, and I didn't really like the 'shading' of some of the letters at that point. I just prefer the overall look of your 1st version, as I reckon it's much superior overall.
5. Instead of just being set against a black background, I'd love to see how your new logo would look (whether with the initail 'a', or not) if it was made to form against a black 'starfield' instead, before the 'flare' effects kick in to finish things off - perhaps with the 'an' and 'presentation' in a matching GOLD colour, the same as the adywan 'edging' is done.
6. lastly, I'd *definately* prefer to see the logo remain IN PLACE once it's fully-formed, rather than have it fly off again (although if it's decided to fly the letters off again, I agree that they should be speeded up at this point), and then would like to see all the lettering 'fade-out' to black.
