^While you're right on the 35mm comment, you're dead wrong about the blu-ray being a good representation of how the film looked. The new transfer is riddled with modern color pallet choices, such as the strong teal tint throughout. It looks like Ridley Scott's final cut of Blade Runner for God's sake! That's definitely not how an '80s movie looks in its natural state. There's some digital manipulation of the colors going on in the most recent release for sure.
