Black Mesa - Remake of HL1 in HL2+ engine
Han Solo Adventures - Old School LucasArts Adventure game starring everyone's favourite lovable rogue!

At least two of these are now possible. There's a demo for Han Solo Adventures available, and Black Mesa just got released... sort of... but you know that.
