I completely distrust Lucas' ability to create an engaging storyline, even if other people are involved. Frank Darabont's Indy 4 script was much better than the one eventually produced. It didn't have "Mutt", either. Hmm, I wonder who might have insisted that an additional character be introduced to appeal to "younger" audiences...
