I would have had the Naboo ships made by the people who made Threepio (Planet Shiny).
The Naboo architecture and clothing doesn't really match their technological design ethic.
If that's their ships their home and clothes should have been more Flash Gordon and less Kabuki Venice.
Maybe the easiest thing to do would be to do a Kabuki Venice make over on the exterior of their ships.
The original design for the Queen's ship became Dooku's ship.
