I need some help guys. Just downloaded the ROTJ and I have the file, but I can't play it. I have four folders, CD1,CD2, Sample, and Subs. Is this the correct torrent and if so, how do I play the file on my computer? Thanks in advance for your help and may the force be with you.

^^^Me too.

What do I use to play them?

I know I’ve made some very poor decisions recently.

The new voices for Boba and Stormtroopers, and new Emperor sound clips a few pages back no longer work.

Can anyone re-post a working link? thank you.

I read from someone who saw the DVDs that the Stormtroopers voice have not been changed. Only Bobas.

I hope you're right. Changing Boba Fett's voice is bad enough, but at least leave the stormtroopers alone, Lucas.

Changing the stormtroopers voice would make more sense. All the stormtroopers sound alike in Attack of the Clones.

And, last I checked, none of them sounded of Kiwi descent like their New Zealander "father", Temuera Morrison. Hmmm...

You did see the DVD version right
Author

Nope. Only the theatrical release. Why? Did it change?

No, it didn't. At least I couldn't notice any real similarity between Jango's voice and those of the clones.

I hate to sound rude, but can someone tell me how to read this ROTJ torrent? I just thought since the link had been put up that someone here had been able to see it. Cheers!

The Stormie voices have NOT been changed. Period.

DJR & Hal - Do you have WinRAR? You will need it to extract the files.
Greedo shoots first? Not in my DVD player.

you've gotta be kidding me?
so pretty much people are gonna be raping the stores for this set now that they have called it a "limited release"...

well hopefully ill get a job at Future Shop before this is released...
if i do get it im gonna risk my job just to prevent people from buying this...
i'll tell each and every customer this is not the version they saw in theaters back in the 70s and 80s..

ET was originally supposed to be deleted after X-mas 2002, but there are still plenty of copies floating around cheap on sale (in Australia anyway) either it didn't sell as well as expected or they lied and kept churning them out, It was also a film where Spielberg said he would only release the original theatrical version on a more expensive 4-disc box set, yet he caved in to public demand and included it on the regular two disc set in the U.S, everyone else in the world got stuck with just the Special Addition, where he digitally replaced FBI agents guns with walkie talkies, 'Hey Greedo, don't point that walkie talkie at me!' alway the rest of the 'enhancements' were more subtle and didn't detract from the film.

We got shafted in the UK with ET.
First they released the SE. No original version just the SE. So I bought it, thinking that was the only release.
Then the bastards released a special 2 disc set with both versions about 2 months later.
Wankers!

Heres word on another change As many Star Wars fans know there is a huge mistake with Hans clothes. He awakes in Return of the Jedi with different clothes then what he fell assleep in in The Empire Strikes Back. That has been fixed. I don't see how you can object to this change.

Wow, someone actually resuscitated this old thing.

The Han's shirtthing was discussed on MF.com recently. Apparently it was never an error at all, just really dark shadows. Whether the vest was or was not fixed is moot. The real problem lies in the fact that he is wearing a different shirt when he's thawed in RotJ, and the arm binders are gone. i somehow doubt Jabba decided to thaw him briefly to let him change his clothes.

As for the fixing of the uniforms, does this mean they are actually thinking while making some of these changes? This is an actual worthwhile change, the type that I welcome.

I never noticed the uniforms in reverse. That's fine to change. As for Han, I did notice that a while back but forgot about it. HotRod, it's not that his shirt is different, it's that he's wearing his vest (or actually his Bespin jacket) when he's put under, but he comes out of carbonite in just his shirt. What, did the carbonite eat away the jacket fabric only?
