You are an idiot. Firstly, the Jaba scene might have originally been an intentional part of the film - but it was intended that Jaba was a human. It was shot, but never intended for use. Lucarse just wanted to put in something new. And no it is not stealing, it is a breach of copyright - I think you have to look back into your law books.
