How would I go about removing some audio tracks from the MKV?  I've been playing the movie on my laptop, connected to my TV with an HDMI out.  It would be much easier if I could put the MKV on a USB drive and stick it in my BD player.

Unfortunately, the biggest USB drive I have is "16GB" (actually 14.9GB in real life), and the MKV is 16.06GB.  I'm hoping if I strip away enough of the audio tracks I'll be able to get it under 14.9GB.  Thanks.

You can use mkvtoolnix to easily remove audio tracks.  The only problem you may run into is if your BD player can't read ntfs formatted drives, as fat32 only supports individual file size of up to 4gb.
