In the above example, I said 'rename it to whatever you want', but you should specify the new track as the default by selecting 'yes' from the menu next to 'default track flag'. I renamed it in the above example to the same label as the current h_h 5.1 has on the mkv, "1977 5.1 @ 640kbps", for consistency.
