Dredd - (2012)

As a fairly young and kinda casual fan of the 2000 AD comics (my dad owns a rather large collection of 2000 AD comics from the 70s & 80s, as well as a bunch of Beano comics and the usual Marvel and DC stuff) I thought it was Pretty awesome. I remember being more of a fan of Dan Dare as a child and not particularly liking Judge Dredd, but I've now changed my mind. I liked that it was a much more gritter and more adult take on the character that the Stallone film. It also felt sort of like an 80s Paul Verhoeven film, like RoboCop. Very Well done.
