if i send it back to Asus its gotta go to Kentucky and i dont think they do advanced RMA... which means it will take twice as long for me to get a new one...
but im not positive about the RMA stuff yet....
everytime i called them they put me on hold im sry im not staying on hold for long when im calling kentucky.... the hell with that...
so i emailed them and hopefully will get a response soon...
damn they have bad customer service...
