I'm wondering if what we're seeing is the middle part of that scene actually being shot on a different day because it looks less saturated and the sky is actually more white than blue. Look at 29:29, 30:11 and 32:00. There seems a stark contrast in color and saturation with the 30:11 timecode being more white than blue compared to the other two timecodes. Excuse the sloppy pasting job...
That may very well be, that those scenes were shot on different days. Mark Hamil is lying differently when Alec comes over to him to help him up. Good eye!
