(if it's a theatrical recording (with cue markers), that would be the first SE this forum has heard of) There is an 80s Russian voice-over (Gavrilov) version which uses the German VHS as it's video, so it's not unprecedented. But the combination of German video with English audio sure is strange, but may show, as there are subs, that the market wanted to hear the original English.
