I totally agree. If I introduce anybody to Star Wars, I'll make sure to show them Episodes IV - VI before I - III. There a bunch of surprises in the original trilogy that will already be ruined if someone watches the prequel trilogy first (such as that little green frog man really being a great Jedi Master, Darth Vader being Luke's father (although I think everybody knows that one), Luke and Leia being brother and sister (most likely, we haven't seen Episode III yet so Lucas might have managed to keep it a secret for people who watch it I - VI for the first time, but I doubt it), and so on). Also, when people watch the original trilogy first, they'll hear about a ton of stuff like the Clone Wars, the rise of the Empire and so on and wonder about it and just imagine what those could be like. If they've seen the prequels first, they'll already know about it and will just be like "yeah, yeah, we know how it goes, already!" when they hear about that stuff in the original trilogy. Also, some stuff that's very well explained in the original trilogy such as Jedi Knights, the Force, etc. aren't explained in much detail in the prequels and it'll probably confuse people who watch them first.
