How?

EDIT: NVM figured it out.

The line now is:

reel6_ins1=ImageSource("H:\DESPECIALIZED EDITION\FINAL ENCODE\FINAL ENCODE 06_ins1.bmp", end=0, fps=25)

and it seems to work. When I used end=1, like laserschwert suggested, it inserted the frame twice.
