There's a whole page of the "Top 5 Rejected Moments from the Trilogy" at the back - Luke drops Leia when swinging across the Death Star chasm, Ewok-tossing contest, Leia's bikini snapping, one-legged AT-ST, and Han/Chewie getting their script pages reversed. All but the last two were pretty funny.
