Yes, it's an original cabinet. I don't have many pics of it, but here's one that I took with my phone right after I'd gotten it:

Since then, I've removed the leftover Area 51 artwork from the sides, and the gun holsters. It didn't come with Mortal Kombat 2 in it, though, so I put in a Mortal Kombat 1 motherboard and installed some buttons for testing. It works very well, and the monitor (K7000) is quite pristine. It's one of the items I'm the most proud of! :)
